These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") shall apply to 3RISE, a limited liability partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership"). This Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") are governed by and construed by 3RISE, a limited liability partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership"). Article 2 Use of Website
- The Service may be used for personal use. User may use the Service for non-commercial purposes only.

- The Association reserves the right to change the contents, information, features or functions of the Service or discontinue the Service without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such changes.
- The Association reserves the right to deny access to all or part of the Service without prior notice to any User who, in its sole discretion, engages in any act or activity that the Association deems to be in violation of these Terms of Use or infringement of the Association's rights or the rights of any third party.
Article 3 Registration, User ID and Password
- The registration for this service shall be completed when the applicant applies for the registration in the manner prescribed by the Association and the Association notifies the applicant of its approval of the application.
- The Association may terminate a user registration application or registration if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and shall not be obliged to disclose the reasons for such termination. The Association shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the user in such cases.

- The association grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive ID and password to access and use the service.

- The association shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of user ID and password by a third party.
Article 4 Payment
- You must provide the association with accurate contact and payment information, including your name, shipping address, and credit or debit card number. Keep this information current at all times. We store payment information to facilitate future shipments and billing. All such personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- The Union may add additional charges to your subscription in the event of a worldwide shipping disruption (e.g., global pandemic, natural disaster, etc.) where normal shipping methods are not possible. In such cases, the Union may need to upgrade your shipping method to a higher class unless you request to opt-out of the shipping upgrade prior to billing.
- The user is responsible for any fees or charges that the issuing bank or credit card provider may charge the user. If for any reason a payment to the Association is refunded, the Association may re-bill the User's account directly and require payment by another method, including a statement mailed to the User.
Article 5 Subscription
- The association offers three subscription types as subscription subscriptions in the service. (1 month subscription, 3 month subscription, 6 month subscription)
- 3-month subscriptions have a minimum purchase quantity of 3 subscriptions and 6-month subscriptions have a minimum purchase quantity of 6 subscriptions and cannot be cancelled unless the minimum purchase quantity has been purchased.
- The Association reserves the right to change subscription plans and prices with or without prior notice to User. The Association also reserves the right to cancel a subscription at any time.
- By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are obligated to make initial and periodic payments using one of the payment methods supported by the association and agree to pay all recurring fees prior to termination.
- Except as otherwise provided, payment is due in U.S. dollars, payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month after the expiration of the term and will be automatically extended continuously until cancelled.
- To cancel your subscription, you must contact Support at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled renewal date using the form on this site, or log in to your account and cancel your subscription online. If you cancel your subscription less than 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date, your subscription will not be canceled. All subscriptions are renewed on the date the user signs up. Any changes to subscriptions will take effect on the next renewal date.
- The association may bill the user for recurring charges without additional authorization from the user until the user gives prior notice of termination of this authorization or change in payment method, with at least 48 hours notice prior to the next renewal date.
- If User cancels the subscription, User will not be entitled to a pro-rated refund of any portion of the fees paid for the then current subscription period.
- The user may use the subscription until the end of the then applicable subscription period in the event of cancellation.
- Account changes made after the last day of each month will not be reflected in your subscription until the next shipping period. In order to get boxes to subscribers as quickly as possible, we begin processing shipments before the sign-up deadline. Therefore, all address updates must be made within 48 hours of the subscription renewal date. The association's shipping service does not include forwarding by mail to updated addresses. Forwarding charges incurred will not be reimbursed or credited to your subscription. Amounts paid for boxes and services are final and non-refundable.
Article 6 Shipment, Returns and Taxes
- In the following cases, replacement items will be shipped again for items that are shipped in traceable condition for this service.
(1) In the case of theft, when evidence of misplaced or stolen merchandise is submitted by the shipping company
(2) Damage to the box caused by fire, flood, hurricane, or other natural disaster.
(3) If the merchandise is physically intact but is missing one or more of the items listed in the enclosed booklet.
(4) If the merchandise is lost or damaged due to mishandling by the local courier (incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or merchandise that the user refuses to accept are not covered by the warranty)
(5) If the merchandise is physically intact and contains all of the items listed in the
accompanying booklet, but one or more items are damaged or have expired
- Users must report lost or damaged merchandise within five (5) days of receipt of the merchandise in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund, depending on availability. When reporting, you must attach evidence of the following in order for the Union's support team to quickly resolve the issue. - Damaged items will only be replaced or refunded if the damage can be verified by the support team. Damage to the main package in which the item is individually packaged, or scratches on the packaging of the item, will not be considered part of the damage. Cracks, chips, or loss of shape due to temperature changes during shipping are not considered part of the damage.
- Except for items returned due to an error on the part of the Association, items returned due to an incorrect shipping address, incomplete shipping address, or refused receipt by the user will not be eligible for exchange, refund or exchange under the warranty.
- Repeated requests for undelivered merchandise may result in revocation of your membership.
- The total price includes the price of the product plus applicable sales tax. The states and localities subject to sales tax are based on the valid shipping address and sales tax rate entered by the user at the time the product was purchased. The Association will only charge taxes in states and other localities where products sold over the Internet are subject to taxation. The Association is not responsible for import taxes, duties, and any other taxes charged by local authorities.
Article 7 Product Information, Quantity Limitations

Article 8 Allergy Information
- Allergen information is not provided for Japanese products in subscription boxes. The Association provides information on common allergens in the "QR Code" attached to the booklet in the subscription box and in a PDF file that can be downloaded from this website.
- While the association tries to provide accurate general allergen information, this list is not comprehensive and the association cannot guarantee that every item in every subscription box is allergen-free.
Article 9 Intellectual Property Rights, Copyrights

(8)Gathering or storing personal information about other users.
(9)Use of the Service for any unauthorized purpose.
(10)Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties.
(11) Impersonate another User.

Article 12 Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration
- The Association may restrict a User's use of all or part of the Service or terminate the User's registration as a User without prior notice in any of the following cases.
(1) If any of the provisions of these Terms of Use are violated
(2) When it is found that there is a false fact in the registration information
(3) When the credit card that the User submitted as a means of payment is suspended.
(4) If the User defaults on payment of fees or other obligations.
(5) If the User does not respond to our communications for a certain period of time
(6) In any other cases in which the use of the Service is deemed inappropriate by
the Association.
- The Association shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the User as a result of any action taken by the Association pursuant to this Article.
Article 13 Withdrawal from Membership
The User may withdraw from the Service through the prescribed withdrawal procedure.

- The user assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of this site.
- All materials, products, and other information accessible through this site and linked sites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
- The Association does not represent or warrant that the functions of this site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Article 15 Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall the Association, its members, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or loss of use) arising out of the use or inability to use this Site. (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use) shall not be liable to the user for any such damages.

(3) Having a relationship in which antisocial forces are deemed to be substantially involved in the management of the company.
(4) To have a relationship that is deemed to involve unjustified use of antisocial forces, such as for the purpose of seeking unjust profits for oneself or a third party, or for the purpose of inflicting damage on a third party.
(5) Having a relationship that is deemed to involve antisocial forces, such as providing funds, etc. or benefits to antisocial forces.
(6) An officer or a person substantially involved in the management of the company has a socially reprehensible relationship with antisocial forces.
(7) Making violent demands, threatening words or actions, unreasonable demands
beyond legal responsibility, or damaging the credibility or obstructing the
business of others by spreading rumors, false information, or force, etc., by
itself or a third party.
- If the other party is found to be in breach of any of the representations and warranties set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Association or the User may, without any notice, suspend the provision of the Service, immediately terminate all agreements relating to the Service, and demand compensation for any damages suffered by the other party. Article 22 Survival of Effect
Provisions regarding copyrights, trademarks, disclaimers, limitations of liability, warranties, and the like shall in any event survive termination of your use of the Site.
Article 23 Governing Law, Jurisdiction
